De La Salle Bajío University is located in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico. It is an Institution that has devoted over 37 years to Superior Education. De La Salle Bajio University, offers 25 bachelor’s degree programs and 33 post-graduate programs. Actually, the number of students at the University is of 13,500 within its 5 campus.

University De La Salle Bajio is accredited by FIMPES (Federation of Mexican Private Superior Education Institutions), it has been awarded the Academic Excellence of Knowledge by the Mexican Ministry of Education (SEP).

The Dentistry Faculty at De La Salle Bajio, University, was opened in 1975 and nowadays it is considered one of the best dentistry faculties in the country. In 2002 the Dentistry School at De La Salle was qualified by the Dental Board of California, and since 2001 it has been a member of the National Council of Dental Education (CONAEDO).

In April 2006, the Dental Board of California honoured De La Salle’s “International Dental Program”, which was designed to support dentists to accomplish the educational process required for the dental license validation in the State of California. Such program, will allow the dentist to practice dentistry in the State of California. This program was designed for dentists who graduated from dental schools outside the United States.
